In an environment that is fun and nurturing, we will spend the day playfully creating,
connecting and sharing. Through a series of artistic exercises,
you will connect to your authentic voice and creative self.


The day will be filled with: 

- Free writes that will delight and surprise you 

- Collage and smart-phone photography 

- Writing exercises that will inspire your senses

 - A series of short, fun, interactive exercises guiding you to….you writing a song!
(Even if you've never even dreamed of writing one before)

At the end of the day you will feel more connected to yourself, your creative
spirit and to a community of other adventurers!

- Delicious, organic, gluten-free, vegetarian meal will be provided. Yum!
